Meet the boss !  

Britt started Enhanced Hair and Beauty in 2017 and her goal was to have a happy, friendly and professional environment to provide all hair and beauty services to everyone.

Brittany being local and doing her apprenticeship in Lindisfarne, she wanted to stay in the area and provide amazing services to the local community.

She now has 3 salons one in Lindisfarne, one in Hobart,  and the other being in Moonah.

All this while juggling 2 beautiful little boys and her 2 cats and 2 dogs.

She’s a powerhouse this one !!

Britt is a Keune colour master and international master colourist, she travelled to Rio in 2018 to further her skills and boy did she come back full of ideas.

Britt’s passion is achieving amazing hair transformation whether this is through colouring, cutting or an amazing blow out.

Britt also loves styling for your special events, especially weddings.

When Britt isn’t in the salon she is spending time with her boys Cooper and Lachlan, but she is at her happiest when sitting by the water with a cocktail in hand.

Karen is our barbering specialist and manager. Karen chose to specialise in the men’s hairdressing side of the industry back in 1983. She has worked for several barber shops in Hobart as well as competed in many hairdressing competitions throughout the state. Karen taught men’s hairdressing at TasTAFE college Hobart. Karen welcomes all existing and new clients and looks forward to meeting you in the salon very soon.

I have been in the Hair industry for 9 years helping clients look and feel beautiful.

My goal is to make sure every client leaves the chair feeling confident and informed. I believe education is a key part of the service I provide. I’m committed to continuing my own education.

When I’m not in the salon I’m either boat racing, camping or with my friends and family.

Rosie has had a life time in the hairdressing industry and still loves every aspect of the industry and her clients. She has worked on the floor and behind the scenes and knows the ins and outs of salon life.

Rosie is a world of knowledge who is often looked up to by all our staff (our salon legend). Rosie loves and looks forward to pampering her existing clients at there next appointment. 

I began my hairdressing journey in 2019 and quickly discovered a true passion for the industry.

What I love most is helping my clients feel confident, beautiful, and like the very best version of themselves. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone leave my chair with a smile.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me on the family farm, harvesting fresh produce and helping provide some of the freshest vegetables in town. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, and appreciating everything nature has to offer.

With nearly three decades in the hair industry, I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and beautiful. I’m committed to ongoing education and staying ahead of trends. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with my son and dog.

I’ve been a qualified beauty therapist since 2022, and I absolutely love helping my clients feel confident and leave feeling their best.

My favourite treatments are lash lifts and brow laminations, and you’ll always find me up for a good chat during your appointment.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually spending quality time at home with my partner and our dog, catching up with friends.

With almost 4 years experience I love trying new things and having fun. I’m still learning and growing as a stylist but foiling, colour and hairups are my passions.

I love anything coffee, theatre, music and adventure related. My chair is open to everyone so feel free to come in, say hi or get a service done. I can’t wait to meet you.

I started my hairdressing journey in 2025. So far, I really enjoy styling and I’m excited to continue learning everything about colour and creating beautiful transformations.

I chose hairdressing because it allows me to combine creativity with professionalism while helping people feel confident and beautiful.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me shopping with an iced coffee in hand, going for long drives with my country music turned up, or setting up camp and exploring a new camping spot.
